INGREDIENTS:
BASIC GRAHAM CRUST:

• 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

BASIC CHEESECAKE FILLING:

• 8 ounces Challenge Cream Cheese, room temperature
• 1 large egg, room temperature
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
