Turtle Brownie Cheesecake
Turtle Brownie Cheesecake has a chewy brownie layer on the bottom topped with a creamy cheesecake layer and a chocolate ganache, plus toasted pecans, caramel sauce and fudge sauce. Truly decadent!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Ganache
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Toppings
- 1 1/2 cups toasted pecan halves
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and spray pan with cooking spray.
