  • ¼ cup tapioca starch
  • 1/4 cup nondairy milk
  • 2 tsps baking powder

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • Optional: Low-Fat Vegan Vanilla Frosting
