INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 whole envelope of Red Star Platinum Yeast
- 2 cups wheat flour divided
- 1 cup all-purpose white flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for brushing on top
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary divided
- 1 pinch Sea Salt for garnishing
