CARROT CAKE CUPCAKES

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 ½ cups Sugar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda

- 3 cups of Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Oil
- 4 Eggs
- The Best Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1-2 cups Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
