GARLICKY SHRIMP

This Garlicky Shrimp is so easy to make and so delicious! 7 ingredients and less than 20 minutes until you will be eating these flavorful shrimp! Paleo, Whole30, gluten free, and dairy free.


Serves: 1


Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 10 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 pound large or jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined, tails removed if desired
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until softened but not browned. About 5 minutes.
  2. Add the shrimp in a single layer, raise the heat to medium-high, and sprinkle on the salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne.
  3. Cook until the shrimp turn pink on the bottom, 2-3 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook until the shrimp are opaque throughout, another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
