Peanut Butter Rolls Bread

This Peanut Butter Rolls Bread is suitable for breakfast or complementary for afternoon tea.


Ingredients :
  • 300 gr high protein flour (bread flour)
  • 200 gr medium protein flour (all purpose flour)
  • 100 gr caster sugar
  • 70 gr Butter / Unsalted butter
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 6 gr instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons full cream powdered milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200-225 ml lukewarm water
Filling:
  • Peanut butter
  • Mashed Roasted peanuts 
  • caster sugar / granulated sugar

Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Stir all dry ingredients except salt in a container. 
  3. Add egg and yolk 
  4. Mixer the batter while adding a little water.
  5. Add butter and salt, knead until smooth / elastic.
  6. Ferment until the dough expands 2 times or about 1 hour.
  7. Prepare a baking sheet.
  8. Flatten the bread on the work table, then spread the dough with peanut butter, then sprinkle with mashed peanuts.
  9. Roll the dough and cut it into pieces.
  10. Arrange on a baking sheet don't arrange it too tightly and ferment it again until it expands 2 times.
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
  12. Spread the surface of the bread with enough melted butter after out of the oven. Serve warm.
